Circumference Divider

Provide a circle diameter and the number of sectors and calculator will return the chord length so you can construct the division with a compass. The trivial case of 1 is disallowed as the resulting chord length is 0. Similarly for the case of 2 sectors the chord length is simply the diameter. This calculator can be useful for constructing spiderweb coil jigs and similar projects where a circle needs to be divided into N equal parts.
