I got those from Rockby in one of their madness sales. They were fairly cheap, and I think I bought out the last of that particular value, I can't see them in their catalogue any more.
I've got plenty left if you'd like some? One of these days I should put up a little e-commerce site to sell off all my excess stock of RF parts. :)
