Mill the Meal as for making BP, then screen in Ti alloy.
Can be granulated (typically binderless with plain water) to facilitate easier ramming.
This is simply Meal with 5% Ti by weight.
It produces a spray of very bright white sparks. The sparks typically crackle softly, a little (2-3%) Cryolite can enhance this somewhat.
The Meal can really be any BP variant, 6:3:1 and 6:1:1 propellants are quite common. The particle size of the Ti can also the altered, especially for devices outside the 1/2"-3/4" size range.
